We're excited to share a recap of our recent monthly Board meeting, highlighting the positive steps the Board is taking to enhance our community. 

As always, we encourage you to join us at our regularly scheduled meetings, held the 3rd Friday of every month at 11:00 AM at the Canyon Falls HOA Center (6950 Canyon Falls Drive). Your input and participation truly make our community stronger. 

Tax Rate Hearing

The District will be holding a Public Hearing on the Districts Tax Rate. The recommended Tax Rate is .73 cents. Please come and let us know your thoughts. The Hearing will be held on Friday September 18th at 11am.

Traffic/Public Safety Update 

The Board will now begin to receive monthly patrol reports from the Flower Mound Police Department. The Patrol Report for July Included: 

● 2 Fireworks calls 

● 1 Street parking call
