On December 12, 2025,  the Canyon Falls MUD 1 Board of Directors held their regular monthly meeting, and we have a few updates to share!

As always, we encourage you to join us at our regularly scheduled meetings, held the 3rd Friday of every month at 11:00 a.m. at the Canyon Falls HOA Center (6950 Canyon Falls Drive). Your input and participation truly make our community stronger.

Engineering Items:

The Board discussed the need to establish rules and guidelines regarding street repairs. The District engineer also discussed preparing a comprehensive plan / study for road repairs and maintenance throughout the district.

Concerns Regarding Industrial Development:

In response to resident feedback provided to the City of Argyle, the applicant has withdrawn plans for the cement batch plant.
