February 2026 Board Meeting Recap

We're excited to share a recap of our recent monthly Board meeting, highlighting the positive steps the Board is taking to enhance our community.

As always, we encourage you to join us at our regularly scheduled meetings, held the 3rd Friday of every month at 11:00 AM at the Canyon Falls HOA Center (6950 Canyon Falls Drive). Your input and participation truly make our community stronger.

Uncontested Board of Directors Election

The filing deadline to submit applications to join the Board closed on Friday February 13th at 5pm. We received applications from current directors Alex Tran and Peter Tilton. Due to the candidates running unopposed they were unanimously reelected. Director Tran and Tilton terms start May 2, 2026 and will go through May 7, 2030.

Traffic/Public Safety Update

The Board has been in contact with the Flower Mound Police Department regarding District safety. Based on the total number of households, the Police Department has informed the District that all calls received were low level calls. Nothing of major concern!

Calls reported by FMPD include:

● Fireworks complaint

● Open garage door, the owner asked to check the house

● Car repossession

● Complaint of someone taking pictures of a resident's house.

● False alarm
