We're excited to share a recap of our recent monthly Board meeting, highlighting the positive steps the Board is taking to enhance our community.
As always, we encourage you to join us at our regularly scheduled meetings, held the 3rd Friday of every month at 11:00 AM at the Canyon Falls HOA Center (6950 Canyon Falls Drive). Your input and participation truly make our community stronger.
New Board Member
The Board voted unanimously at its monthly meeting to add Mr.Alex Tran to the Canyon Falls MUD 1 Board of Directors. Mr.Tran has filled the last vacant seat on the Board.
District Election Filing
The Board approved the Notice of Filing for its May 2026 Election. Director Applications will be open from January 14, 2026 to February 13, 2026 at 5pm. All applications need to be submitted to Vivian Cassina (Vcassina@abhr.com).
Adoption of Road Facility Maintenance Policy
The Board approved a formal policy for its roads outlining the Districts responsibilities for maintaining, repairing,and improving roads within the District boundaries. The policy explains the processes and procedures the Board will undertake in monitoring the roads and determining whether any repairs should be undertaken by the Board. Residents are encouraged to read the policy, which can be located here.
