We're excited to share a recap of our recent monthly Board meeting, highlighting the positive steps the Board is taking to enhance our community.

As always, we encourage you to join us at our regularly scheduled meetings, held the 3rd Friday of every month at 11:00 AM at the Canyon Falls HOA Center (6950 Canyon Falls Drive). Your input and participation truly make our community stronger.

Traffic/Public Safety Update

The Board discussed having the Flower Mound Police Department start reporting safety data at Monthly Board Meetings. This data would be a culmination of traffic stops, crimes committed in the area , and any other necessary data for the reports.

 Update on Inspections for Resident Improvements

The Board discussed the District’s role in the inspection process for new builds through its existing agreement with SafeBuilt.  The District is working with the Canyon Falls HOA to establish a process to be overseen by the HOA for the inspection of pools, accessory dwellings, and other related structures and improvements. Since these items fall outside of the jurisdiction of the District, the District will no longer oversee inspection for these improvements.
