On November 19, 2025, the Canyon Falls MUD 1 Board of Directors held their regular monthly meeting, and we have a few updates to share!

As always, we encourage you to join us at our regularly scheduled meetings, held the 3rd Friday of every month at 11:00 a.m. at the Canyon Falls HOA Center (6950 Canyon Falls Drive). Your input and participation truly make our community stronger.

NOTE: The December Board meeting will be held December 12, 2025 due to

holiday scheduling conflicts.

Engineering Items:

Street Signage- The District’s Engineer updated the Board on the street sign repair/replacement project, noting that the scope of work in the original contract was complete and requested approval of additional repairs. The Board approved the additional repairs to close out the project.

Water Ponding- The District Engineer presented the results of surveys that were performed on Salmon Springs and Canyon Point to address resident concerns about excessive water ponding on the road. The Board requested that the Engineer obtain proposals for the potential repairs to the locations at issue.

Inspection Fees:

The Board approved an amendment to the District’s Rate Order to address the costs of inspections performed for pool and accessory structure additions to existing houses. If a homeowner is planning on constructing a pool or accessory structure, the homeowner is required to contact the District to submit the costs of inspections that will be necessary throughout the construction process.
