We're excited to share a recap of our recent monthly Board meeting, highlighting the positive steps the Board is taking to enhance our community.

As always, we encourage you to join us at our regularly scheduled meetings, held the 3rd Friday of every month at 11:00 a.m. at the Canyon Falls HOA Center (6950 Canyon Falls Drive). Your input and participation truly make our community stronger.

Street Signage

The District’s Engineer updated the Board on the street sign repair/replacement project, noting that project was close to completion and that he would be driving through the neighborhood to ensure the work was performed per the contract.

Water Ponding

The Board requested that the District’s Engineer review a couple of locations within the District that had issues with permanent water ponding on the street.  The Engineer indicated he would have a report of his findings at the next Board meeting. 

Water Pressure Improvement!

The Board received an update from the District's Engineer that the Northlake improvements to the District’s water system to increase water pressure has been completed.. Residents in the Edgewood Village who were experiencing lower water pressure should now see an increase in water pressure in their homes. If you're still experiencing issues with water pressure, please feel free to put in a request so that these issues don't go unresolved.
